Book a Consultation

An appointment begins with a conversation about what is to be done, not with finding an available time. This page explains how an appointment is made, what happens at the examination and what it helps to have ready when you come.

How to book

There are three channels, and all three reach the same place:

  • The form at the bottom of this page — you leave your contact details and the clinic team gets back to you.
  • Phone: +90 532 700 97 10 — if you prefer to speak directly.
  • WhatsApp: the same number — for written contact.

The form is not a calendar: sending it does not reserve a time. The day and time are agreed together once the clinic team has spoken with you.

What to have ready

Whether the examination goes as it should depends largely on having the following information to hand:

  • Medicines and supplements you take regularly — particularly blood thinners and supplements that can increase the tendency to bleed.
  • Any known allergies, and any unusual reaction you have had to a previous treatment.
  • Aesthetic treatments you have had before: which area, roughly when and, if you know it, what type of product. If you have had an earlier treatment whose content you do not know, saying so matters for understanding what is already there underneath.
  • Chronic illnesses, past operations and any treatment you are currently receiving.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding.

In case a treatment is carried out, the area concerned should have no make-up on; if you arrive wearing make-up, it is removed before the procedure. If you have an important social occasion coming up, mention it: swelling and bruising are usual after filler treatments, and the timing needs to be planned around that.

What happens at the examination

  1. You describe what bothers you in your own words; the examination starts there.
  2. Facial proportions, the balance of expression, skin structure and your medical history are assessed together.
  3. You are told plainly which part of what you expect can be met and which part cannot. A conclusion that the treatment is not suitable is also an outcome.
  4. If a suitable plan is found, what will be done, how long the procedure takes, the recovery period, possible side effects and the aftercare are explained.
  5. The decision does not have to be made on the same day. Time set aside to think it over is part of the plan.

Two notes about the form

The form does not ask for health information, and none should be written in it. Do not add your complaint, the medicines you take, past operations or a photograph to the form; these are special categories of personal data and are taken at the examination. The form asks only for the details needed to reach you.

The purposes for which your personal data are processed are set out in the privacy policy, which is also the information notice under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK); you can read it before sending the form.
